The Matchmaker

lisa-vertical.jpgLisa Clampitt, LMSW, is the founder and president of VIP Life, a professional matchmaker and relationship expert since the late 90's and a New York State Certified Social Worker since 1991.
She was educated at New York University, receiving a BA in Dramatic Literature, and received her graduate degree, a Masters in Social Work, from the University of Michigan.

Lisa is a natural born matchmaker constantly introducing her friends to people she felt would be best suited for them. This resulted in many marriages and dozens of children. She has taken her hands-on personal approach and applied her techniques and passion to her professional life of matchmaking.

As a native New Yorker, Lisa understood the need to create a service like VIP Life, recognizing that time is our most precious commodity. She also understood that the more you have to offer, the more difficult it is to meet that special someone. She decided to create a high-end introduction service, VIP Life, as a great way for exceptional single men and women to meet. She would give them a bridge into a social network that allows them to feel as if "they have a best friend", to introduce them to other singles of quality and style.

Lisa personally screens every applicant to ensure the caliber of individuals VIP LIFE attracts. VIP LIFE is not right for every candidate, and only the most exceptional become members. Because of these high standards, depth of screening and the over all personalized service that VIP Life offers, Lisa's success rate is very high. She has over a 95% client satisfaction rate and over 80% of her clients end up in a long term relationship.

Lisa is also founder and executive director of the Matchmaking Institute, a company dedicated to setting standards and a code of ethics in the matchmaking industry. She has trained over 100 people internationally in the matchmaking industry and the field of relationship sciences, providing formal seminars and a certification for future matchmakers.

Lisa's philosophy is that it is important to give back to our community. A portion of proceeds generated by VIP LIFE is given to a nonprofit; Species Discovery & Conservation Project (SDCP). To find out more, please click here
